Who we are
Robert is a passionate, high energy, results-driven executive with a consistent track record of delivering strong financial and service results in both field and corporate office leadership positions. Robert’s history of strengthening relationships across organizations has led to the initiation, development, and implementation of programs that have empowered corporate and field leaders to achieve outstanding results while simultaneously taking care of their people and customers. Robert specializes in operations, organizational design, consumer experience, and revenue driving programs. Outside of work his passion is music and Manchester City Football Club. Robert currently resides in Scottsdale, AZ with his wife Renate, son Chait, and his many animals.
Robert Fish – Managing Partner
Tim is an experienced operations executive with a demonstrated history of performance across multiple industries and has a strong belief that creating a customer experience that builds long-term growth is the corner stone of successful teams. Tim strongly believes this is true whether the customer is internal or external. Tim also believes that creating an environment for personal, professional, and business development is critical when partnering with talented individuals across multiple roles. Tim has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Management, Information Systems from the University of Arizona. Outside of work his passion is music and Liverpool Football Club. Tim currently resides in Phoenix, AZ with his wife Dena and two daughters Isabella and Ryley.
